Maumee Bay algae report

"The matted hair like algae in Maumee Bay is reportedly lyngbya wollei...This algae is 4-5' thick along the Maumee Bay shoreline and 'grass' is growing on top of it.  People are trying to remove it and there is a lot of confusion on what to do."
