The public is encouraged to attend the DEQ Public Comment hearings in Lansing September 19, 1 - 4:30 pm and 6 - 9:30 pm at the Lansing Center, Rooms 203 and 204, 333 E. Michigan Ave. and/or to send written comments to the DEQ until Oct. 17th
