GL compact action in WI, MI

Both states' upper chambers have approved the proposed Great Lakes compact today, with the Wisconsin Assembly scheduled to take it up tomorrow.

Whether the WI bill, or later Michigan action will correct and go beyond loopholes in the compact has yet to be seen.
