...there are bad polls that completely distort a ballot proposal. Like this one about Minnesota's proposed constitutional amendment to fund conservation and environmental protection. It ain't losing 72-22. In the end it will likely be a close 51-49 either way. It's to be hoped it comes out 51 "yes." The alternative is shuttered parks and polluted water.
