For history's sake, I hope the "S.S. Badger" got an exemption. It's the last coal burning ship on the Great Lakes-a former railroad car ferry now turned passenger ship.
But these are the same shipping owners who didn't do anything about the zebra mussels and now look at what it's costing them.
