GL marine sanctuaries...there should be more than one

The U.S. House voted yesterday to expand what I believe is the only national marine sanctuary in the Great Lakes. Good and fine, and preserving shipwrecks is worthwhile, but there is a lot more than shipwrecks on the bottom of the Lakes...critical fish spawning habitat and fascinating geology and archaelogy...somebody needs, at the state or federal level, to safeguard these things.
